A Prayer of Profession

Heavenly Father,

You are good, good, good. I never tire of professing your goodness.

I let go of the things of this world to grasp things eternal. Life has thrown me many twists and turns, but you have covered me. I release stress, anger, and disappointment to embrace the promise of your Word.

In your presence, I have everything I need to continue on my journey and complete the good work you have started in me. By your stripes, I am healed.

I lift my hands, stomp my feet, and sing your praise. Hallelujah. Glory to God, King of all creation. You do all things well. And because you order my steps, I walk boldly in the faith, professing that Jesus Christ is King. And through my faith in Him, I am saved. Amen.
